Return Policy
We offer a 45-day no-questions-asked return or exchange policy, starting from the day we approve your order.
Only items that are in their original, unwashed condition and still have their tags attached are eligible for return. Once your items meet these conditions, you are welcome to send them back to our return center.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return under this policy:
- Orders outside of the continental United States
- Gift cards
- Clearance items explicitly marked as "final sale" during special promotions
We, at Breefit Bra, will bear the cost of return shipping labels, which we will provide via USPS. However, please note that the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy applies only to orders that are eligible under our return policy. Please note that you can choose either a return or an exchange, but not both.
If you submit an exchange request and we approve it, you will need to send back the product just like a return. We will cover the cost of the return shipping label. Once we receive the product, we will send you a new one and provide you with the tracking number for the new product.
Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color are free. If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will need to pay the difference in price, or we will refund you the difference if the new item is cheaper.
Please note that gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
